Our Refund Policy
Our refund policy allows you to request a return within three days of receiving your item. Generally, returns due to personal preferences, such as "the item looks different from the image," are not accepted.
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but please understand that vintage items may have signs of use, such as minor wrinkles or fraying. These characteristics do not affect usability and are not grounds for cancellation, return, or exchange. Additionally, the color of the product images may vary slightly from the actual item due to different viewing environments (PC/mobile devices). Color discrepancies are not considered defects.
Eligible Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
- The item has a clear defect that deviates from the product description (excluding minor wrinkles or deformations from processing, shipping, or storage).
- You received an item that was different from what was confirmed in your order email.
- You contact us within three days of receiving the item.
Ineligible Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that meet the following conditions. Please inspect your items promptly upon arrival.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., color, size, or image).
- Items that have been damaged, used, or altered by the customer.
- Items that have been cleaned, maintained, or washed by another company or individual.
- Items received more than three days ago.
- Items returned in a significantly different condition from when they were shipped.
- Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, etc.
- Items ordered outside of this website.
- Non-defective items or items that match the order details.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the criteria above. Even if a return request is made, it may be refused. If the item you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange or repair it (new items only). If an exchange is not possible due to a lack of stock or difficulty in repair, we will issue a refund. We will cover return shipping costs for such cases.
For orders paid by credit card, if the cancellation meets our conditions, we will process the cancellation if possible. If cancellation is not possible, we will refund your PayPal account.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@solo-vintage.jp. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused and free from any damage or stains.
If the returned item shows significant damage, tears, stains, or any deterioration from its original condition, we may not be able to accept the return.

If a returned item is found to be damaged or stained, we reserve the right to restrict your future use of our site.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed, we will hold the item for 30 days and offer to resend it. The customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the package remains unclaimed after 30 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued minus the shipping and handling fees.
