To solve these problems, we are introducing Global-E, a platform trusted by many well-known brands like MARC JACOBS, HUGO BOSS, and MICHAEL KORS. With Global-E, you will enjoy a smooth and reliable shopping experience, no matter where you live.
A New Shopping Experience with VintageShop solo
1. Clear Final Price — No Unexpected Fees
When you place an order on VintageShop solo, the final total amount will be shown at checkout. This includes the product price, shipping cost, and all customs duties and import taxes (including VAT).
This means you will not be asked to pay any extra fees when your order arrives. Your items will be shipped via DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — all duties are included.
Please note: In some regions, customers may be able to choose when to pay customs duties. For countries not supported by DDP on Global-E, customs fees will need to be paid upon delivery.
2. Localized Shopping for Your Country
Our website will automatically detect your location (IP address) and show prices in your local currency. You can also use the main local payment methods available in your country.
The checkout page is displayed in your local language, giving you a smooth and easy shopping experience — just like shopping in your own country.
3. Fast & Reliable International Shipping — with a Simple Return Process
With the introduction of Global-E, all international orders from VintageShop solo will now be shipped via DHL or other trusted global courier partners. Previously, we mainly used EMS, but this update allows us to provide faster and more reliable delivery worldwide.
