Shipping Methods
Our shipping carrier is DHL. Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure your address is accurate before finalizing your order. Once processed, the shipping address cannot be updated.
Shipping Time
We aim to ship orders within three business days after receiving them (excluding orders with deferred payment). Shipments are made every day except Thursdays and Sundays, excluding holidays. In some cases, it may take over a week to ship your order. For specific inquiries regarding shipping times, don't hesitate to contact us at info@solo-vintage.jp.
Note: Initial credit card payments may take longer to process, usually between 3 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped once payment verification is complete.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@solo-vintage.jp.
We are pleased to partner with the internationally recognized carrier, DHL, for all our global shipments. You can easily track the location of your package using DHL's dedicated shipping tracking service.
Note: Due to global circumstances, shipping to certain regions may be unavailable or take longer than usual. Please contact us via email for confirmation.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-claim, we will hold the item for 30 days and offer to reship it. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the package remains unclaimed after 30 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Reshipment & Cancellation Requests
For Reshipment Requests:
You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once the package has been returned.
For Cancellation Requests:
A refund will be issued for the product price, minus the actual shipping fees, payment processing fees, and any administrative fees incurred.
Please Note:
Payment processing fees (e.g., those charged by Shopify, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable and will not be returned during the refund process.
