Notice of Holiday Customer Support and Shipping Details

As we approach the holiday season, we want to keep you informed about our upcoming schedule changes.

Customer Support Hours:

- Closed: December 29 - January 5

Inquiries received during the year-end holiday period will be addressed sequentially starting from January 6th, but it may take longer than usual to respond.

Shipping Details:

- Last shipping date for 2024: Orders placed by noon on Friday, December 27

- Shipping resumes: Starting Monday, January 6

If your order is placed by 12 PM on December 27, we will make sure it ships before the holidays. For orders that require identity verification, please reply by noon on the same day to guarantee your order is processed in time.

Orders placed after the cutoff will ship starting January 6 in the order they were received. Please also keep in mind that shipping delays are possible due to the busy holiday season, so we recommend placing your orders to ensure timely delivery.

Our online store will remain open throughout the holiday season, so you can shop whenever you like.
