1. About shipping

Regular shipping holidays: Thursdays and Sundays
We will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding postpaid payment).

Overseas delivery: EMS

4. About product reserve

You can reserve products on the site.
Please contact us by Email, Instagram or WeChat.
After contacting us, we will make a reservation for 3 days. Please settle within 3 days.
After 3 days, the reservation will be canceled and the site sales will resume.

Items listed as reserved items can only be purchased by the person making the reservation.
Others cannot purchase it, so please do not purchase reserved items.

5. About gift packing

This shop does not support gift packaging.

6. About returns and exchanges

We cannot accept exchanges or returns after your order has been placed.

7.About tariffs / taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and those charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
